Why / Balance

We have two birb raptors, why not two cat people?

Technical details

Mostly a direct port. I reformatted some sections to be in-line with how HL races are done, and commented out starlight's med systems, and where appropriate, added in shitmed

How to test

Needs testing, cannot run myself (this was coded on my tablet)

Run game, select felionoid, choose hair, markings, then go cut off your own limbs and organs

RSI is false pos, the license is indeed, a custom MIT so there's no code for it

Now idea why the linter fail is being a bitch, that file DOES exist and works when I load it in game. Even tried removing it and adding it back, just in case the lowercase L was the cause. Shrug.

Other than that, the missing local is from starlight, they never did them either so ima just leave em as is. Should be good to merge now, but I'm at my mom's all weekend watching her dogs, and this shablet can't actually run SS14 lmao, so I would appreciate some in-game tests for me.

That's because it uses a custom license, not one of the "allowed" type. Their MIT modified license allows for free use as long as credit is given. It can be ignored.

However, this hasnt been tested in game yet, now that I am home I can check it out.
