We've been adding all our new factions under _Mono/ when they should be under _HL/ is one I've noticed. |

this would be best handled under another PR for moving those specifically, this is for small non-code changes and repo reorganizaiton. i'll update the summary for clarity |

About the PR
Small cleanup of files, needs input on what we need to move, where, and what needs added to .gitignore or other clutter to be removed.
This is for non-code changes, the idea is to move documents or remove logs / other files which are no longer needed / should not of been there in the first place.
