About the PR
A rather large and ambitious personal project of mine that aims to level the playing field of many different lesser-used equipment pieces, port/add new equipment, and remove/nerf certain outliers.
Why / Balance
Hardlight as a whole lacks 'proper' balancing between the myriad different equipment/armor/hardsuit options, with some being practically useless, and others being a must-have. This rework aims to rebalance the extremes, and make a more cohesive and 'balanced' equipment selections/gameplay loop.
Technical details
ATM, this rework has ported a large variety of new hardsuits, softsuits, functions, and adds some custom ones of my own design, along with porting the prerequisite C# changes. (WIP regarding a few C#, yml redefining is lacking atm)
How to test
Not quite fully in the ingame portion yet, but checking through commits and the spawn menu for the wide variety of added gear can give an idea to the scope.

Breaking changes
Definitely a few things, though I've tried my best to remain up to date and avoiding merge conflicts. More of the in depth C# issues would probably require outside help given my limited experience.
