REBUILDING SPAGHETTI O2R REQUIRED

  • Refactor Track to CustomTrack
  • Impl Render Layers for transparency
  • Impl interpolated texture scrolling

Todo

  • Investigate if Z_UPD RenderMode makes transparency sorting not necessary
  • Update Harbour

Requires HarbourMasters/fast64#35
