코어데이터 오류 시 디버깅용 문구를 저장 관련 작업 실패 시에만 추가하고, 앱 실행 시 발생할 수 있는 초기 오류에는 추가하지 않아서 추가함

이전에 저장 오류에는 알림에 디버깅 문구를 추가헸는데, 오늘 생각해보니 앱 로딩 시 초기에 발생할 수 있는 코어데이터 오류에는 해당 처리를 해주지 않아 추가했습니다...!
