Central Vagrantfile which creates and setup's the complete cms along with the challenges for better deployment.
vagrant up, in the same folder where Vagrantfile is.
localhost:8008 and continue with the setup
db username : root
db password : password
while setting up the installer main database.
If you get an error after setting up the main database, you might have to give permissions to the newly created config.inc.php file
