Sankalp Narula

Software Architect | Co-Founder | Infrastructure Enthusiast

I specialize in creating clean, maintainable, and highly concurrent software. Currently a Computing and Financial Management (B. CFM) candidate at the University of Waterloo, my focus bridges scalable backend systems, robust deployment pipelines, and building products from the ground up.

🚀 What I'm Building Currently

  • SnackSync: Co-founding and building a community-powered Slack application for modern teams. Architecting the backend in Go (Golang) with a Next.js frontend.
  • TheSudoMode: Creating content around software development, tech projects, and deep-dives into server infrastructure on YouTube.
  • Infrastructure & Home Lab: Actively self-hosting and managing my own server infrastructure (Proxmox, Kubernetes, Docker) on a custom-built Ryzen 9 / 48GB setup.
  • Open Source: Recently published a GitHub Action to deploy stacks to private Portainer instances via Tailscale.
