This repository hosts the code used to create the pre-print:
"Bivariate distributional copula regression for mixed non-time-to-event & time-to-event responses".
There are three main folders with the following contents:
- ModGJRM: .tar / source file that containts a modified version of the R package GJRM (Marra & Radice) that features all implemented methods presented in the pre-print.
- Simulation studies: Various programs to replicate the simulation studies presented in Supplement D of the pre-print.
- Case studies: Programs to replicate the three case studies presented in Section 4 of the pre-print.
