Summary

• Refreshes docs/file-pipeline/document-format-conversion/dfc-v1.2-implementation-matrix.md against current cloud evidence through DFC-M63.
• Reclassifies Windows x64 LibreOffice DOCX-to-PDF as a scoped completed production path: DOCX input, pdf_attachment output, managed LibreOffice runtime, manual official install / offline import, no automatic conversion-time download, no system/PATH fallback.
• Keeps the full DFC v1.2 system classified as partial because UI productization, default preferences, XLSX UI, cross-platform LibreOffice packages, broad Office formats, PS/EPS, and PDF OCR/local parsing remain incomplete or unsupported.
• Adds a completion path: M64 support notes/monitoring first, then Detail Inspector/UI, defaults/large-content controls, XLSX productization, DOCX markdown hardening, HTML-to-PDF controls, macOS/Linux LibreOffice packages, Office family expansion decisions, and PS/EPS late path.

Evidence boundary

This matrix now uses the updated committed cloud evidence, especially DFC-M63: Plugin Management visible and ready, Recheck no-download, live DOCX workflow producing converted_pdf / valid_pdf, and unsupported-format locks remaining in force.
