Expected Behavior

Form should be filled with previously entered data

Current Behavior

Empty form is shown

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Setup Routing to use a new stream
Enter new stream information (title, index set etc)
click next
click back
empty form is shown
