The rc validated on macOS (Seatbelt), Linux (Landlock), and Windows (AppContainer) — engines confine, carried coreutils run, the published crate resolves+builds cross-platform. Promote to 0.7.0 so downstreams (newt) can adopt a stable semver wholesale; a bugfix rolls as 0.7.1. Promote 0.7.0-rc.1 → 0.7.0 (validated on macOS/Seatbelt, Linux/Landlock, Windows/AppContainer). Stable semver so newt can adopt wholesale; 0.7.1 is the bugfix valve. risk:low — version metadata only.
