Summary
Adds an agent skill for operating the Solo CLI from this repository. The skill documents safe prechecks, setup guidance, common Solo commands, robotics safety notes, and a command reference for serving, Hub auth, model downloads, and LeRobot workflows.
Impact
This gives agents a repo-local operating guide for Solo CLI tasks without changing the runtime CLI implementation.
Validation
.agents/skills/solo-clifiles are included.
