… no longer auto-generates) The built-in `keys` verifier requires auth.signing_key as of 1.5.1 — busbar no longer auto-generates one (deployment-safety fix #31). The shared run_store_backend_e2e driver named the `keys` verifier with no key, so the sqlite/postgres/redis phases failed --validate. Mint a real ed25519 secret via the shipping --generate-signing-key command into a file and reference it as a {file:} secret ref, exactly as an operator would.
