This PR adds a command
/vending reload database, which reloads the current database from the config file. This enables easy testing for development work, and removes the need to restart the world when changing the trade database configs.Reloading the database works in both SP and MP, and will seamlessly update NEI, BQ associated trades display, and the trade GUI.
Tested in SP + MP in daily 305.
