Currently, there is a bug in Binnie's Mods: it is impossible to mutate a bee that requires a certain block as a base using alveary if the bottom center block of your alveary is any alveary block from Extra Bees.
This is because when calculating the requirements for mutation, the alveary looks for the first block under the central one that isn't implementing IBeeHousing, and ExtraBees blocks don't implement this interface.
This pull request aims to fix this issue by implementing IBeeHousing in the TileExtraBeeAlveary class, with all related code identical to the Forestry' alveary tile entity (TileAlveary).
