A 11 PRA Guidance
For Federal Agencies onboarding to Touchpoints, the following guidance is provided as it pertains to the Paperwork Reduction Act or PRA. Given that Touchpoints includes a Form builder that can be used to create many types of Form instruments, the A-11 form must conform to a specific set of requirements as detailed in the following documents:
- Public Law 104–13, The Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995
- 2024 version of the OMB Circular No. A-11 Section 280 - Source
- Federal Register A-11 Guidance
Once a Touchpoint Form is live and accepting Submissions, the Submissions are stored in a database table.
Submissions can be viewed at any time in Touchpoints, and the data can be exported to .CSV, or accessed via a .json API, for review and analysis.
At the end of the quarterly reporting period, OMB CX Portfolio managers will be in touch immediately after (and within the 4 week reporting window).
In Touchpoints, there are 2 buttons that allow for the exporting of the 2 files required for A-11 reporting:
- Service Metadata Report (details about the Service)
- Service Submission Details Report (a quantitative summary of the 7 questions
