feat(wallet): seed export; update wallet screens/services and platform configs#175

init Flutter project for export tool
Implement export UI and list updates in iguana_cage. Update encryption and wallet services to support seed export. Android/iOS project updates: manifests, Gradle, Podfile, Xcode project. Update Flutter/Dart dependencies and lockfiles. Add devtools config and Ruby/Flutter version files. Remove obsolete MainActivity path; adjust package structure. Docker build config tweaks.
…xport gate Always navigate to the export screen; it determines available unlock methods. Broaden canExportSeed: true if per-wallet seed exists OR global 'passphrase' (seed phrase) exists. Enables recovery when per-wallet secure storage is missing/renamed. Password/PIN semantics unchanged.
