Implements a
copymethod for various objects that offers a safe way to make copies of the objects. These methods should be much faster than using Python's copy module: only copies of mutable data (e.g. lists and other objects) are made.I have also updated the relevant tests of these objects to re-run the test using a copy of the object to ensure a copy behaves identically to the original.
