Abandon further repairs for the following reasons:
This makes it almost impossible to fix the problem in Bukkit, so I'm abandoning it for now and just keeping the Velocity fix. |

This commit only fixes velocity. From what I've tested, ServerUtils now only works properly on Bungeecord.
