Adding dispatchEvent for each dkey change event.

@jacobdubail - sorry for the delay on this PR, and thanks for contributing! Could I confirm the use-case for a change like this? Are you wanting to be able to hook into when the dkey changes so you can apply your own custom logic to other portions of the page? Or something else? |
