OpenCore 0.7.2 version changed the default SecureModel from j137 to x86legacy and also changed the minimum version of the APFS driver, but x86legacy does not support systems below macOS Big Sur. I changed SecureBootModel to j137 and APFS driver verison (MinDate,MinVersion) for compatibility with macOS Catalina.
If you are using BigSur and above, you do not need to apply these changes.
