Enhanced Landing UX & Recipient Portal Prioritization

This PR implements key design and functional improvements for the Landing Page and Recipient Portal, ensuring a more professional and intuitive user experience.

Key Changes:

• Landing & Hero (Issue Landing & hero: narrative hierarchy and primary CTA flow #70): Sharpened narrative hierarchy, refined the primary "Launch App" CTA flow, and implemented premium glassmorphic visuals with live streaming animations.
• Recipient Portal (Issue Recipient portal: incoming streams overview and prioritization #79): Added an incoming streams overview with pinning functionality for prioritization.
• Stability: Resolved pre-existing syntax errors and missing imports in Layout.tsx and App.tsx that were blocking production builds.

Closes:

• Closes Recipient portal: incoming streams overview and prioritization #79
