About the PR
Bring over Floofs version of centcomm so our evac shuttles dock properly. Also bring over all the admin shuttles/stations that are used for events.
Why / Balance
Our evac shuttles are all setup to dock to Floofs version of centcomm.
Technical details
Disabled midpoint from spawning in but left a comment so it can easily be re-enabled if we find a reason to have it.

Normally id put renders here but its centcomm and a bunch of shuttles we previously had.
