alternative render style for OSMAnd
based on the default render style of OSMAnd which can be found here
This file uses some styles of this cyclo render file
- grey roads does not distract the eyes of the viewer when exploring the map different grey color when zoomed after zoom level 17
- show housenumbers property to define zoom level where housenumbers should be displayed
- show streetnames property to define zoom level where residential street names should be displayed
search for "greyRoads settings" in the file
