This inculdes the following modifications:
Add pin sockets compatible to the Pmod interface
Add a power switch and an overcurrent protection circuit, including a fault status LED and a solder bridge (just in case)
Remove the clock jumpers and directly connect the second output clock to the user clock input
Remove the jumpers from io 36 and 37 to the bitbang inputs, add bitbang pins to the UART connector
Make the PCB edges round
