P1 batch from the gated 2026-07-24 upstream-delta review (owner-approved). Seven idea-level rules (MIT sources, ideas only), each
unprobed-marked with Provenance; README acks extended EN+zh; probe debt queued for round-5. Companion to PR #74 (hook telemetry, merged).Gate: single pre-commit round, three families in parallel (grok-4.5 high / gpt-5.6-luna ultra / gpt-5.6-sol max) — all three returned FIX lists (grok 5+3nits, sol 11+1nit+3C, luna 11+2nits+3C, heavily convergent: both provenance splices, hook-ack scope, ceiling-vs-DIY tension, triangle/word-diff overclaims).
