Add end-to-end tests with Cypress

Claudia has been asking what the basic test scenarios are, can I share the following with her?

Scenario	Expected Result
Searching with the default search criteria values from the search page	should lead to the results page and show some results
Searching by editing search criteria values on the results page	should perform a new search and show some results
Searching by name from the search page	should perform a new search and show some results

Are these tests already live? In what scenarios are these tests triggered and if fail, who would be notified? @bk3c
