This is our song recommender, for time purposes, the database will be loaded as a CSV. The code that imports the dataframe from spotify is there but I changed it to comments.

Type in a song, if it's on the billboard's top100, you will get another hot song, if it's not, you'll get a recommendation from spotify based on the type of song you chose.
