Magnesium v0.1.0 SDK

Precompiled binaries and example media files for running the Magnesium examples on Windows 7 and up. If you only want the media files that aren't included in the git repo, simply copy the media directory into wherever you cloned the repository. If you use vcpkg, install bss-util, planeshader, tinyoal, box2d-bss, luajit, enet and be sure vcpkg integration is turned on.
