Server errors should result in a notification to the user

Currently, there is no handling of STAC API server errors. With the addition of the geojson upload feature, it is possible for a user to actually create an invalid aggregate/search request (whereas before, the UI constrained this to be infeasible). If the server returns an error, the user should be notified and any relevant details presented (probably collapsed).
