Score duplicate ranks in Four Fingers straights

Fixes #106

Summary

• include every card whose rank participates in a recognized straight
• keep simulator and breakdown scoring implementations synchronized
• add dependency-free regression coverage for both source copies

Verification

• node --test tests/four-fingers.test.js
• node --check for every JavaScript file
• 49,504 old/new hand-classification comparisons across all five-card rank multisets, Four Fingers/Shortcut states, and both implementations
• git diff --check
