but I implemented the timing as a new class that is a public member of the PhiSymRecHit, called PhiSymTimeCollection.
the timinganalysis.py macro can be modified slightly to actually perform the whole analysis. Right now it just puts the average time. We can perform the second loop and do the 2 sigma cut there. If it ends up being slow. We can make a true analyzer instead.
