Adds a minimal Daytona-compatible devcontainer for Claude Engineer.\n\nWhat changed:\n- Adds .devcontainer/devcontainer.json using the Python 3.11 devcontainer image.\n- Installs dependencies from requirements.txt during post-create.\n- Passes ANTHROPIC_API_KEY and E2B_API_KEY through from the local environment without committing secrets.\n\nValidation:\n- python3 -m json.tool .devcontainer/devcontainer.json\n- env PYTHONPYCACHEPREFIX=.pycache-compile python3 -m compileall app.py ce3.py config.py tools prompts
