Adds a VS Code/devcontainer setup for running Claude Engineer inside Daytona with Python 3.11, local ANTHROPIC_API_KEY/E2B_API_KEY forwarding, and port 5000 labeled for the web UI.
Context: supports the Daytona content bounty at daytonaio/content#36.
