Adds a Daytona-ready Dev Container for Claude Engineer so contributors can start from a reproducible Python workspace.
The container installs
uv, syncs the project when possible, falls back torequirements.txt, copies.env.exampleto.envwhen needed, and keeps API keys as environment variables instead of committed secrets.This supports daytonaio/content#36.
