This is the first version of this Forge 1.7.10 fork. It only features a reduced startup time, allowing use cases incompatible with build 1701+ to at least benefit from that.
- Removed BaseMod detection to notably reduce startup time
- Saves around 2 seconds (without additional mods) on a mid-end computer, slightly scales with the amount of mods installed.
