Update index.html to display author name for each post preview

Acceptance Criteria

• Author name is displayed for each post preview
• Default author is used when no specific author is defined
• Author display maintains existing design and layout
• No performance degradation in page rendering

This pull request implements author metadata display for post previews on the home page. The changes will enhance the blog's user experience by providing attribution for each post directly on the index page.

• Modify _layouts/index.html to include author metadata rendering

• Implement fallback to site-wide default author if not specified in post
