Issues: #19 - Config

Breakdown & changes:

  1. .eslintrc.json

    • Updated linting rules.

  2. package.json

    • Added styleloaders & webpack.

  3. tsconfig.json

    • Updated configs.

  4. webpack.config.js

    • Added configs for Webpack.
