After some testing with agent IDEs such as Copilot and Kiro, I found that adding more contextual comments to the Compose file and making DB_SSL a config variable made it easier for these agents to understand the setup. This approach is more consistent with how other configs are handled, rather than having DB_SSL changed only within the Compose environment fields. Also if we make DB_SSL that setting stay with that project.
