Enable CONFIG_CBFS_ALLOW_UNVERIFIED_DECOMPRESSION to allow compressed bootsplash logos for nv4x_adl.
This is required because dcu compresses custom logos in ROMs and this issue has already been covered for other devices: Dasharo/dasharo-issues#759
