This commit fixes issue Darkhax-Minecraft#77 by adding several missing trees including the acorn sapling mentioned in that issue. This also adds eucalyptus, mesquite, pinyon, and rubber saplings which were all previously missing.
The orange autumn sapling should drop dark oak logs but was dropping the normal oak logs instead. This commit resolves Darkhax-Minecraft#76
The developers changed their block IDs so our old files were invalidated. This should address Darkhax-Minecraft#78

GTCEU rubber trees lacked sticky resin in them so I added it to the json file.
