More unit tests and documentation, CLI tool improvements

v0.0.3 comes with more unit tests (test coverage increases from < 50% to ~73%), better API documentation and colorful CLI ouput.

Fully functional web app

Pre-release v0.0.2 adds a fully functional web app (available at http://www.cloningprimer.com that uses the API in its backend.

Fully functional API, early CLI and web app

The API is already fully functional. The CLI binaries and web application provide only limited functionality at this point. Release v0.0.2 is expected to enable primer design via the web app and statistics like GC content calculations in app and CLI.
