Initial release of volumeSlider application.
The application doesn't open a window on start but will display an icon in the system tray. (The smaller icons near the clock.)
You can right click this icon and get options to open the web UI, or a local UI.
The Web UI is available via local host, or the IP address of the machine running the application, 192.168.1.2 in the example below.
