Download from: https://github.com/DWDatITP/node-express-handlebars/archive/starter-kit-v1.tar.gz
After you've downloaded, unpack the files and cd into the directory.
Type: npm install to install the modules from package.json
Run the server: node server.js (or nodemon server.js if you have
nodemon)
