Dates are now properly formatted in the background jobs section.

Previously, the background job section displayed a raw timestamp instead of a properly formatted date. This fix ensures dates are now shown in the YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS format.

I'd undo the change on audit dates, having the raw timestamp is fine, and some audit logs are long, so there's a lot of work done in date reformatting here
