Updates to various corrections + some bug fixes.
Update to AK4 btagger to UParTAK4B for 2024 (not available for 22-23), and will be the only supported tagger for 24+.
Added pileup_24.py script to compile temporary pileup corrections, from
https://github.com/PocketCoffea/PocketCoffea/blob/a3ffac5c935b69e741d812f7a3ff60922e4c8967/pocket_coffea/scripts/pileup_corrlib.py#L6
Also added the noise filters for 2024, ecalBadCalibFilter is now used for data+mc.
Added corresponding triggers for all 3 regions.
