Create a Unity project by including Utf8StringInterplation.dll in the Unity assets.

Now that the compiler no longer depends on C#10, writer.AppendFormat works.

TODO:

build-debug in CI
build-release in CI
Minimal testing with IL2CPP
Description of how to install
