- changed documentation, new screenshots
- reduced information on monitoring page
- changed behaviour when restarting Streaming Analytics:
- show progress bar during restart
- add link to apama-ctrl microservice to the action bar in the Manage extensions tab for root analysis
- add indicator for apama-ctrl: U, Down
- add additional indicator for Safe Mode
