Add contributor-facing documentation describing the three session-lifecycle flows (connect wallet, disconnect, re-authentication) and the inactivity timeout. Includes Mermaid sequence diagrams, key code paths, and cross-links to related docs. Linked from both README.md and docs/README.md.
