A complete rewrite of CreativeBot from the ground up.

We thought about the core nature of creativebot, and that is open-source. Before on older versions it was much harder for people to add custom code to the bot. Even the main developers, CreativeBuilds, and oblivifrek found it hard to add new features.

With this new system in place, we are able to add new features much more quickly, track what goes with ease, and pump out bug fixes faster!

While there isnt a ton new in this version, it's a giant step forward in the way the bot gets developed!
